Being part of a couple can be a joyful thing, even in the face of life’s challenges, but what happens when the relationship isn’t going so smoothly?
Often when we’ve been in a relationship for a while, we make assumptions about what our partner is thinking, and we don’t always listen.
Couples come to counselling for many reasons: communication difficulties, family conflicts, life changes, affairs, and many other reasons. Getting some support from a therapist can be really useful in helping to move you forwards.
I can’t guarantee you that your relationship will be fixed through therapy, but I can offer the opportunity to find out what’s best for both of you, improve communication between you, and a good chance of resolving your difficulties.
What to expect:
The sessions are 50 minutes long. Initially, you’ll come in for an assessment appointment, the following week we’ll meet individually, and then come back to working together.
